Premium Report purchases

Premium Reports are sold as a one-time digital product. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied — contact us to request one.

You may use LifeScore for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, redistribute, or build derivative products using the assessment content without written permission.
